Wine 1.3.31 Released

The Wine development release 1.3.31 is now available.

What's new in this release (see below for details):
  - BiDi text support in the single-line edit control.
  - Support for StretchDIBits and AlphaBlend in the DIB engine.
  - A number of audio fixes.
  - VBScript improvements.
  - Various bug fixes.
